In 2022, fresh off the challenges of a global pandemic, The Working Assembly team sought a creative escape to re energize their creative spirits. The journey led to Stone Ridge, NY, just off Route 209, where they discovered Cherries—a classic ice cream shop looking for a new owner to continue its legacy. For the past two summers, The Working Assembly team have fostered a community, revitalized a neighborhood icon, and mastered the secret to a perfect soft-serve swirl (hint: it's all in the shoulder, not the wrist).

TWA revitalized the Bugaboo brand visual identity while maintaining our product DNA. The work was deployed across retail/e-tail, digital, and owned channels and we were thrilled to see the response from consumers and retailers alike. The results? Record pre-sales, global adoption, and a collaboration with a team who truly felt like an extension of ours.
