We offer 6 weeks of company-wide breaks throughout the year, where the whole agency shuts down so we may all collectively decompress and recharge. We also offer traditional vacation days with flex time.

Employees have the opportunity to participate in a 401k and profit sharing plan. As part of the plan, The Working Assembly offers matching contributions and employer profit sharing.

Our productivity is driven by purpose, process, and partnership. A majority of our workforce is in the NYC area and working in-office a few days per week. We provide opportunities to work in a hybrid capacity within certain roles and circumstances, especially over the summer months!
