Independent and focused, collaborative and new. We have assembled a talented team based in New York City for clients around the world.

Our assembly is made up of passionate collaborators who bring expertise, insight, and creativity to everything they do. If you thrive in an entrepreneurial culture and want to create new things all the time, this is the place for you.

Diverse and inclusive +

We are committed to creating an environment for the open exchange of ideas, perspectives, and experiences. We also believe that brands can transform how we think and live - creatively and culturally. As a MWBE agency, we know design is a huge catalyst for growth within business and provide preferred rates and access to BIPOC and female founders for their early stage ventures.

Flex time and set time +

We offer over 6 weeks of company-wide breaks throughout the year, where the whole agency shuts down so we may all collectively decompress and recharge. We also offer traditional vacation days with flex time.

401k and profit sharing +

We offer 401k with a matching plan, as well as profit sharing.

It’s how we work, not where we work +

Our productivity is driven by purpose and process, not place. We’re currently fully remote with an option to work in-office. All applicants should be comfortable operating in EST time zone if not primarily based in New York City.

Community +

We love our city, and we’re committed to making it better. It’s why we provide pro bono services through Local Works. We also look to make our lives more fun inside and outside of the office with weekly team lunches, volunteering, classes, and field trips.

Wellness +

We offer full medical, dental, and vision care option plans, including sponsored no-cost or reduced cost options to employees. We also provide free citi bike membership, fitness reimbursement and mental health days.

We encourage you to read our job descriptions carefully and ensure it’s a fit before applying.

Team members are encouraged to reach beyond the traditional scripted roles to expand their influence on work and our clients. For design positions, we require a link to a portfolio, and attachments are discouraged. Due to the high volume of applicants, we are unable to respond to everyone.

As part of our hiring policy, new hires will need to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and provide verification of vaccination prior to their start date. Fully vaccinated refers to at least two (2) weeks after the final dose on a two-dose vaccination series (Pfizer or Moderna) or at least two (2) weeks after a single-dose COVID-19 vaccination series (Johnson and Johnson).
