Digital Designer
The Working Assembly is a creative led agency specializing in brand design, digital design, campaign development, and production. Our clients range from emerging startups to Fortune 100 companies and as a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a range of projects and industries.
We are currently seeking a full-time Digital Designer to join our growing product design team. The Digital Designer will play a critical role on our team, having a solid, informed, and contextual point of view on how to bring a digital experience to life. You’ll work on projects from the strategy phase through to execution and development, collaborating closely with brand designers, project leads, motion team, clients, developers and engineers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create innovative digital products that span desktop and mobile
- Work closely with the digital team as well as developers and present your work to clients
- Ability to work iteratively with a high attention to detail for all aspects of the process
- Create wireframes, user flows, UI kits, and high-fidelity designs along with prototypes
- Translate brand guidelines into a cohesive digital brand experience
Qualifications
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Great communication skills
- Experience leading a digital project from conception to completion and briefing in developers
- High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to prototype designs
- 2–5 years of relative experience
Salary Range: $70k-$110k
